Your candles are customised especially for you.

Free Delivery for all candle orders valued over £50.00 to all addresses in Great Britain.

Delivery Policy

We endeavour to dispatch your candles within 24 hours of receiving your orders. Excluding orders placed at the *weekend and Bank Holidays.
*weekend after Saturday 12am and before Monday morning, as the post office is not open.

  • Orders will be delivered via the Royal Mail Standard Parcels in the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands. (usually 3 - 5 working days)
  • Orders will be delivered via the Parcelforce in the UK when too heavy for Standard Parcels.
  • Orders will be delivered via the Royal Mail, Air Mail and/or Parcelforce to Eire.
  • Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail Surface Mail, Parcel Force and Air Mail to other countries outside the United Kingdom, i.e. the rest of the world.

  • Orders of over 10 candles may require 2 — 3 additional days, this will always be less than one working week before dispatch.
  • For orders of 20+ candles, manufacturing times may be slightly longer.
  • If you received a notice on the Product Page, Basket Page or Checkout Page that we did not hold enough in stock to complete your order. In this case you can contact us for a better estimate of time. If there is a problem from our suppliers we will be sending you an email to discuss alternatives or assure you of delivery times.

The rate charged for the delivery of your order is based on the weight of the individual products, and your location. Standard Royal Mail Parcels.

Before the checkout, on the "Shopping Basket Page" you can be shown the cost of delivery. You can add the estimated delivery cost to your order or return to the shop to add more fabulous candles to your basket. Allowing you the opportunity to proceed with your order or not.
Too see this cost select the option to "Estimate Delivery Costs" then select your "Country" then the **region, this is more important for some international customers. Then just add the firat 3 characters of your post code.

**region, Royal Mail Standard pricing varies accross some countries dependant on the region or area.

  • If you are local (Glasgow or surrounding area) you are very welcome to collect your order with no delivery costs.
  • If you fancy coming along to a public event and seeing the rest of our range, as well as some other crafts, have a look on our calendar to see if one of our dates suits you.
  • No Delivery to the Moon and other Stellar bodies as yet.
  • All Underwater locations should check with the delivery company before requesting a delivery.

Returns Policy

  • Goods Damaged in Transit: In the rare event of receiving candles damaged in transit, all packaging must be kept for inspection by the carrier.
  • The item must be available for inspection in the state it was delivered, at the address it was delivered to.
  • Please be aware if your candles are sent to you by a delivery service requiring a signature, and there is obvious external damage to the packaging,
    then you must sign for the goods as "damaged" (if this is the case).

  • We unfortunately cannot accept returned candles or holistic skin care products once they have been used or the cap has been opened.
  • Due to the nature of our customised candles, they may have been specifically personalised and made to order
  • We are therefore only able to offer refunds and exchanges in the unlikely event that candles have been damaged in transit or are defected.

  • If you are unable to check the condition when the delivery driver is there, please ensure the goods are signed for as "unchecked".
  • Photographs of the packaging and item must be supplied to start a claim.
  • Please include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

  • If the item is moved / repaired or if the packaging is not kept any claim will be voided by the carrier.
  • If you sign for goods in "good condition", we will not be able to proceed with a claim.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  • If you are a registered member, please use the Returns Page to request a refund or replacement and we will assign you a tracking Number # if needed.
  • If you are not a registered member: please use the Contact Page to start the process of returning your qualifying items.

Payment Policy

  • PayPal
  • Cheque or Postal Order
  • Bank transfer only by prior arrangement.
  • Cash on delivery only by prior arrangement and only if you live in or around Glasgow.

Your PayPal account will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason you will be refunded in full.
After we contact you by email, if you supplied a valid email address.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Honestly, we need to walk between here and there it's no bother.
We can not though, refund the original delivery and handling that you paid on the order.
We are sorry about that, but it is sometimes more than we charge for the item in the first place.
This does not apply to faulty/broken goods or goods delivered in error.

You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, if the exchange is on a like for like basis, but you still will have to pay return delivery both ways.

Other Information

We do not hold items on back order i.e. held over for later payment or delivery. Although, we do hold part orders till the remainder of your consignment has been manufactured.
If we are unable to deliver an order, for any reason, we will refund the value of this order.
If these "held" items make up a large part of the order we will contact you first, giving you the option to order substitute items or cancel the order.

Our sign up discount a little way of saying thankyou for taking the time to make an account with us. Once you complete the account sign up steps you will receive an email with a coupon code you need to enter that code in either the basket or checkout page.
On the "Your Basket" it is in a little drop down tab right below the list of the goods you have in the basket.
On the check out page the is the question "Do you Have a Coupon or Voucher?". Just enter your discount code in the box provided. The discount will be taken from your total excluding any postage or delivery charges.
The discount coupon is valid for 28 days from when you sign up.
